We are floored by your trust in us! We work with the best in the industry to ensure proper deliveries namely DHL, FedEx, BlueDart. Also, in an endevour to promote #atmaNirbharBharat we try to partner with India Post wherever possible. Ready to Ship products take about one to seven working days to leave our facility. The time indicated against made-to-order and pre-order products is the dispatch time calculated in working days which exclude weekends and public holidays. Actual shipping time varies with type (domestic or international) and location. Please note, Shipping Delays are inevitable in the current scenario. All prices are inclusive of GST. In case for international shipments, Custom Duties and/or local taxes are to be borne by the customer. We take all essential measures to ensure a smooth deliver but custom clearance, if the need arises, is customer's responsibility

15. Duties and taxes
All of our Vasansi orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Jaipur, India to your provided shipping address via ____________. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. Also, Vasansi takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

17.  Cancellations by Us
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account within ___ days.

18. Cancellations by You
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. We would request you to please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.

20.  Product properties and wash care
All the Vasansi products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibers.  Hence the subtle variations in color are intrinsic to hand made products which involve crafts-based traditions of printing, dying, weaving and embroidery. Although we have done Our best to display the products on our Website as accurately as possible but it cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

21. Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

22. Colors
Vasansi hereby diclaims any guarantees of the exact colour as displayed on our Website even though we make every effort to be as accurate as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that the colour exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final product will be completely accurate.

23. Disclaimer and limitation of warranties
